Unbelievable that it has already been 10 months. I know I say this every month, but WOW! Time flies... I will just be updating the blog monthly as I discovered
facebook and it is too difficult to keep up with both!

Christmas morning with her Daddy! She had a wonderful 1st Christmas and really enjoyed climbing on all the boxes and eating all the paper!!

At 10 months old Katelyn is:
- 1st word that comes to mind is ACTIVE! (OH BOY IS SHE BUSY!!)
- she is turning into an independent little person who gets around, plays, and communicates like a pro
- Says Dada, yay, Buh (aka Bailey) By the way, she is OBSESSED with Bailey (she wants to chase him, screams in delight when she sees him and loves it when we all play together)
- got her 1st tooth!
- coordination has improved alot (now has a fine pincer grasp-can self feed well ) & pulls up on everything/anything that she can
- blankie baby--LOVES, LOVES her blankie for nursing, snuggle time, etc
- starting to dance to music--so cute!
- can walk while holding onto furniture
- drinks from a sippy cup "feels like such a big girl" and likes to use her sippy cup as a teether as well!
- understanding the meaning of "no" which we tend to say alot these days!
- hates "lying on her back" for diaper changes ESPECIALLY when tired
- loves to crawl with a toy in her hand (she is usually carrying something with her everywhere!)
- her real personality is starting to emerge (especially with family!)-really outgoing & social
- learned how to blow kisses -it melts your heart
- loves her books and LOVES Mema to sing to her!
